Founded in 2015, we have prioritized innovation and collaborations with renowned research institutes such as Fraunhofer ISE from the very beginning. Since then, we have continuously expanded our team and are developing a prototype-scale production line. Our gas-to-wafer technology has demonstrated the capability to produce silicon wafers comparable to those made with traditional high-energy and material-intensive methods, with the potential to enable superior solar cells in the future.

The NexWafe company pension scheme builds up a supplementary pension. Employees pay part of their gross income into a pension product and Nexwafe subsidises 20% of the monthly contributions.
The program replicates a true stock option program designed to allow the option holder to participate in the company's equity. The program gives option holders the opportunity to participate in the future growth of the company's enterprise value.
NexWafe supports employees with access to Hansefit sports programmes, pays registration fees, subsidises 50% of contributions, provides accident insurance and an annual health budget of €300.
